Return / Refund Policy

Slab Furniture: 15 Day, Risk-Free, In-Home Trial

We stand behind every product we sell both in terms of build and audio quality. Experiencing Slab in your home or office is the only way to truly appreciate our products. If you are not completely thrilled with your purchase, you can return the furniture within 15 days subject to the following terms:

  • Returned furniture must be in new condition - no signs of damage or abuse, including scratches, fingerprints, dust, etc.
  • Returns must be in the original packaging and packed correctly to help prevent damage in transit. Please email us at support@slabaudio.com prior to making a return so we can give you the proper packing instructions.
  • Custom furniture projects, special requests, custom paints, and non-standard veneers are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.
  • Purchaser pays for the return shipping costs and is responsible for packing and all delivery arrangements.
  • Complete refund will be issued for the original purchase price minus the shipping costs.  This includes 'free' shipping that was included in the price and will be deducted from the refund amount.

We stand behind everything we sell.  If you're not satisfied with your Slab purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.  Slab's Satisfaction Guarantee policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
